I have a team members husband that after the update won’t let him in his account… he doesn’t remember his pocket id# and didn’t have it linked to Facebook it’s a level 227 and he has apple receipts from where he bought packages for the account and suggestions on what to do?

Already did there saying receipts from apple arnt proof enough they see he account but don’t want to give it back with out better proof
