Anyone else having trouble with help?

I cannot connect to help to deal with a few technical issues that are recurring and it won’t connect. Could there be a setting somewhere I’m missing? It started after a reload of game as instructed for a separate issue that few dragons are apparently having now

I’ve never run into the problem eg don’t know how to fix it but you can just submit a question using this link:

Could you possibly add some screenshots here of what you are seeing?
