Join a team with Atlas access.
Because they are slowly adding teams to make sure they keep the correct amount of resources in it so it functions decent. Good idea to do a slow rollout. And yes, there is lag as it is.
Your team should have asked for Atlas access last week when they were doing a lottery for feedback from Gold and Plat teams.
