Honestly use reds. It’s been shown to be accurate many many times over and so far no other breeding guide has been proven to be better in any way.

I have nothing against the guy personally. But that debate was very long and at no point did his guide prove better than any of reds in any way. It was debated very extensively and… yeah. It was very conclusive.
