Can't claim first item on second page for NAL

Tapping the first item on the second page for NAL shows I have the necessary sigils but doesn’t allow me to claim. I’ve claimed everything on the first page.

That’s correct. You must finish tez and zotz lines in order to claim nal’s armor.
