Claim prizes - sync error

Hi! Everytime when i would like to claim prize 34 rune dust from Marav branch i get a sync error message. Anybody else got this problem too?
I already send a ticket.

How much dust do you have? It might be because you hit the rune dust cap/claiming that dust puts you over the cap (99.9M).


What if you hit the cap and have no way of spending dust!

That’s kinda unrealistic - it’s very easy to spend dust. But… in that case you’re probably screwed and would need to come up with a solution with support or something that might end up being them removing enough dust from your account for you to be able to claim… So honestly, just spend the dust.
