The range in which the rider's buffs are reflected.

Tower buffs apply only to area of the perch where the rider is.
Utility buffs (e.g. building time buffs) apply to all islands no matter which perch the rider is on.
The rider’s buff lasts even after the perch is destroyed.
You need level 30 perch for full effect.
