I should have worded it better but I saw the date and got confused on whether the memorial pasted or not but I guess I’ll listen to slightly rude responses.

Yeah wording could of been better. But I get here youre coming from. The 16th was more or less two weeks ago. Yes the team can host a memorial whenever, cause to each their own of course, but i dont see anything wrong with you more or less asking if the cords were still live. It would be pointless to send a prim to a spot that isnt being a memorial anymore, so I award you for asking.
Edit:
I wouldnt call asking if its still live being lazy. Id call it confirming due to confusion or curiosity.
