Strange why didn’t US experience that then?
I don’t know a ton about how Apple adjusts its exchange rate pricing, but I would imagine that since both Apple and PG are US companies, the baseline is the price in US dollars. So the pricing in the US stays stable unless PG makes changes, while the pricing in other countries fluctuates based on exchange rates of the local currency vs the US dollar.
