Does defensive rider construction time % stack ?
Nope.
Highest % among all 3 riders you have bonded to the dragons on your perches is the only % that counts.

It stacks with your research only. Multiple riders do not stack. You get the highest single buff so it you have 10%, 12% and 17% then you get the 17% and then that combines with your research.
Current max is -42%, 17% from Bjorn and 25% from Red - Plat research
It would be nice if we got some updates in new research. Why would I want dragon heal time or storm tower boosts? How about some more construction and rage skills for these insanely high egg costs
