I have been without atlas for 3 weeks now. I have pleaded with pg to fix my game. All i get is automated messages and no help. I like many others have spent a considerable amount and have had it. I am going to seek a full refund from itunes. It is unbelievable the lack of customer service pg offers
Might’ve been really frustrating. Just remember that you’re not the only one with the issue and others are just waiting for the fix. Whatever complaining you do won’t expedite the fix. I know that 3 weeks is a long time, but also note that once they tell you that it’s being looked into, that means they’re trying to fix it and not ignore your pleas. The best solution is to wait, I bet they’re not going to leave it like that.
