My account has had this bug for 9 days. They’re looking hard into it but no solutions yet.
Can you force close it enough times to get a loading attempt without that error message? I could until last night.
My ticket # is 1725786. Maybe you can reference that. It took me a week to get to the engineers. If you’re having the same issue, the regular guys can’t help you.
