Hazarding a guess that this is an attempt by PG to be “woke”. 'Lord", of course, is sexist, excluding all but the male gender. Not sure that “Master” is any better, though, given its potential connotation in connection with the subjugation of people of various races, ethnicities, religions, etc. throughout human history.
The change from “Blackbloods” to “Ghostbloods” may be a convenient woke attempt given the Darkmire season, but excludes those who identify as spectres, such that there is no alternative but to cancel PG.
I’m sure our resident philosopher, @Jalen , straight off his ban, will have additional thoughts on the matter.

Definitely no intended demotion. I believe Carlos wanted to try to use the term “Dragon Masters” instead of “Dragon Lords.” We’ll try to be more consistent in the future.
