Is The Glory Event Really 3/1 For Prim Attacks?

I was just asked by a teammate to explain how Glory Event Points work and asked if it were really a 3 point for 1 glory ratio on primarch attacks

They said that they were attacking prims after glory event started and got a decent Glory Score. But upon looking at the Event points, it looked pitiful if it were really a 3 points per every 1 glory gained ratio.

This has me quite perplexed.

Looks like only the second battle got event points. Never seen that before.

Only the top attack was during glory event
