Did you merge or transform anything?

Edit: what exactly do you mean by “level up”? Do you mean your level isn’t updating? Or do you mean your tower levels aren’t updating?

Clicking the bar next to your avatar portrait shows you how much XP you need to level up

If the bar isn’t moving and you merged or transformed a tower you owe an XP deficit, meaning you have to “pay back” the XP you used by merging/transforming.

If you didn’t merge or transform anything and the XP bar is still not moving then send a ticket to support, as that shouldn’t happen.

You can do this in game or online!
