Get a tower from 0-115 give 8.120+ m xp to 8.127m xp
And to get to 950 you need Total XP: 6 446 437 721 ( neon website)
If you build everything (including 10 max ballista) you currently can only get approximately 1 145 409 000 xp ~ ( quite a lot of rounding but yeah)
Practically impossible
