I submitted a ticket about 20 hours ago relating to I can’t open any chests and my elemental embers are now negative. This happened at the start of fortification when the sync errors were happening. Got a response 14 hours ago that in no way helped. And they closed the ticket. I responded to it. It’s open again. How long should I wait to escalate it and how do I?
