In game it clearly states that the top ten people in each leaderboard division would be given rewards based on their position at the end of the season, but I was placed at #9 in my division yet i received no rewards. I didn’t get anything directly deposited or in a gift I need to claim.
Anyone else with the same issue?
Were you #9 the last time you looked? or did you receive some acknowledgement that you finished in 9th place?
Yes, I have the same issue. I placed first for 3 weeks and second for 1 week. Haven’t gotten anything either 
Im positive I finished #9 I checked in the last 5 minutes before the event tab was gone and got no acknowledgment either
I too placed #10 at the very moment the game ended and yet no reward but I do have a new portrait to use so many that’s the reward.
I finished first, but I don’t believe that I got mine either. Just the portrait for global.
Same. I also placed 1st, yet have gotten no rewards
Believe was 6th place, same issue, no rewards, and my Officer placed 2nd with nothing yet either

Too many here alone with same issue, much less others that do not come to forums at all. Really need to get it together.
Yes I had same issues and it would not let me upload the photo to prove it to PG so I went to the War dragons in desk and uploaded it and still have not got my rewards or an answer

Okay thanks! Think forgot that one, as had been about another issue. Everyone contact support as DragonPunch said, obviously there a issue somewhere

Yep, got my Rank #1 reward delivered as well finally (the support handled the ticket well too): 15 gold chests, 15x12h speedups and a mythic rage glyph.
Not too special for sure… but thanks for at least making it a glyph instead of a rune and not ice turret one 
we are at this point that I’m grateful for that, I didn’t have high hopes anyway, neither did I make effort to reach the top.
