Not able to send support ticket


I am having an issue sending a ticket. It’s saying I’m not connected. For 2 days I have been trying to send a ticket as I am not getting my bonus egg tokens. Can anyone advise?

If you’re having trouble attaching pictures in the initial ticket creation (I always do), just submit the ticket and then add the photos after the auto response.
