Not getting silver chest

Why am I not getting my silver chests? I’ve gotten a good handful maybe about 10 during this event and I was unable to open any of them. Am I missing something?

Yes, during the last 2 weeks of every season the silver chests are replaced with sigil chests that you buy for rubies. (sometimes runic chests appear during the season, but we haven’t seen them in a while)
I believe the announcement about the sigil chests pops up when you open the game :wink:

Also welcome to the forums, just in case, there’s a search function on the forums (top right) - plenty of threads open about ‘silver chests’ :ok_hand:t2: most of the time little questions are answered already.

Welcome to the forum!

I can’t mark the comment above as solution but they are right. You will be able to open your Silver chests next week when Sigil chests disappear. You lose nothing, you just can’t access them at the moment.

(I would suggest waiting for Kingdom Wars in two weeks as it may contain the rare ammo runes experienced players crave for, just a tip :wink:)

You can also contact support from your browser using the following URL:

You will also need to obtain a password in order to be able to log into the site. You can do that by clicking on the “Sign In” link and then select the “Get a password” option.

Please have your Support ID (in game settings > About tab > right at the top) at hand.


You can also access this information if you go to your phone settings, scroll down to the WD app > support ID.

If you’re unable to find your support ID, just use 0000 instead.
