Perched dragon buffs mechanics

1 - Do the base buffs you get from perch dragons apply to all islands?
2 - Do the buffs still remain when the attacker kills the perch dragon?

Thanks to anyone that knows, been unable to find info on these.

  1. Tower buffs apply only to area of the perch where the rider is.
  2. Utility buffs (e.g. tower upgrading time buffs) apply to all islands no matter which perch the rider is on.
  3. The rider’s buff lasts even after the perch is destroyed.
  4. You need level 30 perch for rider’s full effect.
