Perpetual "coming out with new patch" message locking out

This screen is locking out both me an a team mate, I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if pg can take a look quick as it seems to be starting to affect more people.

I’ve already reinstalled, cleared cache, and restarted. Plus multiple devices

I’m getting same message and contacted support over 5 hours ago and still no response from them

I had the same problem about 3 weeks ago, with the only difference that the problem was during the weekend. I’ve been 3 days without playing. However, assistance responds … it just takes a little patience.
