Problems with chests

Hello everyone,
Just some minutes ago I opened a gold chest containing 225 sigil signs but the game hasn’t add those in my account…I tried also server times to close the game and open again without results.

Did you open a support ticket?

No, where can I open it?

In game:

Settings -> contact us

In game, you click the gear icon (shown by the red box):

And then tap “Help” which will take you to our support form.

You can also use support.wardragons.com in a web browser. Just be sure to include your Support ID or PGID when filing via a web browser.

I had similar problems I claimed 1 gold chest and 3 silver, and its never appeared in my account
