I submitted a ticket (985436) regarding a lost megacoin during the event start fiasco. I had a teammate also get booted and lose a megacoin and got 0 points.

I’m writing to say that support credited both of us with a megacoin and did a great job. I used to work in customer support many years ago and I know they usually are the firing squad that takes the heat for mistakes out of their control. Due to the recent ban wave and event snafu, I’m sure they were busy with tons of tickets.

It takes one screw up to get everyone worked up, but when things go well nobody says thanks. I learned that in my day and I’ve done my fair share of complaining on the forums. So I’d like to say thanks. Your support team did a great job with me and my team.
