S.O.S. please HELP

@PgJared , @PgGalileo , @PgNines o cualquier PG que esté capacitado ,quiera y tenga realmente la voluntad de ayudarme, mi problema es el siguiente; tengo más de 2 meses con el atlas restringido por el sistema y no puedo ingresar a jugar directamente en el, en el icono de atlas esta una tarjeta roja y al tratar de entrar me notifica que me ponga en contacto de ayuda con soporte, me dirigo directamente con ustedes por este medio porque cuando lo hago con soporte de ayuda lo único que recibo por parte del pg que es el que me atiende son respuestas evasivas o sistemáticas y excluyentes de responsabilidad o simplemente no me contesta o cierra mis tickets, a continuación tratare de explicar mi problema; el día 2 de agosto en la temporada de aftermath en el evento de cuevas de cristal antes de terminar el evento estando yo en el lugar 38 a lvl global el sistema borró mi cuenta, motivo por lo que me puse en contacto con soporte de ayuda y les pregunté cuál era el motivo de porque me habían borrado mi cuenta si esta era 100% legal producto de esfuerzo y dedicación o si alguien me había reportado, o si yo había cometido una falta cuál era para que hubieran tomado la decisión de borrar mi cuenta, tuve la suerte que me atendió un PG atento,servicial y capacitado que era PG Boril y me explico que yo en realidad no tenía ningún reporte y que los pg no fueron quienes me borraron la cuenta, motivo por el que me la volvió activar y me explico que tuvieron que hacer un retroceso de la cuenta para activarla de nuevo y los premios que se me habían borrado en ese lapso de atlas me los retribuyo y también me proporcionó los premios que mi equipo ganó en el mencionado evento, quedaron pendiente de retribuirme el premio de las misiones de equipo que ganamos y el premio de mi clasificación global 38 del evento cuevas de cristal, me explico que revisará atlas y le dije que no me permitía entrar, me comentó que cuando atlas se reactivara me proporcionaría los premios faltantes, quiero aclarar que el premio global de ese evento para mi era muy importante porque me hacía clasificar automáticamente para conseguir el avatar plata por las monedas de prestigio que me había ganado , mismas que nunca me fueron entregadas pero de todos modos conseguí el avatar mencionado gastando mis recursos de reserva, Pg Boril dejo de atenderme supongo que lo cambiaron de área porque cuando quize contactar de nuevo con soporte para solucionar mi problema me contestaron hasta después de unos días y me dijeron que no lo habían hecho porque el pg que me había estado atendiendo no se encontraba y por el momento no habían tenido personal que entendiera español, desde ese momento las cosas cambiaron , cuando reclame los premios faltantes el pg me contestó que WD no daba compensaciones, por lo que repliqué y le hice saber que no era compensación lo que le pedía sino los justos premios que por mi esfuerzo me había ganado, la realidad es que nunca me los entrego y hasta la fecha con mi problema de restriction de atlas lo único que recibo son respuestas evasivas excluyentes de responsabilidad o ignoran mis solicitudes de ayuda o me dan respuestas sistemáticas, tienen que entender que lo único que pido es ayuda por un problema originado por el sistema de WD el motivo por lo que lo se es que cuando a mi me sucedio también le paśo lo mismo a otros jugadores entre ellos a la esposa de un líder de equipo, me entere aquí mismo en los foros porque recibieron el apoyo de muchos jugadores , mi problema de atlas es muy posible que como mi cuenta al volverla activar tubo un retroceso y el sistema me detecta como jugador nuevo a pesar de mi lvl que era 569 quiere que yo suba lòs lvls básicos de cuenta nueva para poder tener derecho de atlas,pero la dificultad para mi en mi lvl es que para subir esos lvls es muy difícil, en el evento antepasado de fortificación fui a lvl global el número 24 con casi 40 m de puntos y en este que acaba de pasar fui el número 15 a lvl global con 46.5 m de puntos y solo he podido subir 10 lvls, si sigo así sin ayuda de Soporte tendría que pasar mucho tiempo para poder solucionar mi problema y mientras tanto estoy jugando en total desventaja porque no he podido obtener los 3 k tokens diarios que atlas me proporcionaba por bonificaciones de castillo y misiones ni tampoco relojes y recursos en los eventos, también no pude completar la armadura mítica ni los fragmentos del jinete de atlas que en todas las temporadas he ganado últimamente, en esta nueva temporada ni siquiera he podido comenzarla, mis primarch que estaban en maximo lvl y potenciados junto a las tropas que tenía que estaban en el rango de 1 m a 2 m no aparecen en el libro del equipo en atlas, de los lvls oro ni siquiera he podido hacer la investigación por obvias razones,espero PG que después de haber hecho yo todo este libro para explicar todo el problema que lo pueden verificar en los tickets que continuamente he mandado me solucionen mi problema y me den la justa compensación de acuerdo al desempeño que siempre he tenido en los casi 5 años de jugar WD, SALUDOS PG​:slightly_smiling_face::+1: . . . . .

I´m one of Pantera´s team mate, and it is true that the initial thread is difficult to read, even in Spanish :slight_smile: , so let me summarize the issue:

1.- In the CC event that took place some weeks ago (not the last one, but the previous one), his account was banned after the event. Believe me, he has been playing this game for 5 years, and he is a clean player.

2.- After opening a ticket, PG detected that no bans came from them, and from noone else, so his account was “restored” and given back to him.

3.- From that moment, his Atlas access is not working, the game closes at the moment he clicks on the Atlas icon. Take into account that his prims were maxed, 2M troops, very active player, with mithic gears…

4.- We believe that, as his account was restored, it is considered by the game as a “new player”, so he needs to evolve 50 levels to gain access again to Atlas. You know, guys, how difficult this is for a 560 level player.

5.- In the last 2 fortification events, he barely evolved 10 levels, after reaching near 50M points (in both cases, near the top10).

You now can imagine how frustrating this is for him, and also for us, as we have lost a very important member in Atlas events and sieges.

Buenos días, quiero comentar que soy un compañero de pantera de hace unos años y se que es un jugador muy activo y totalmente legal, cabe señalar que para el equipo es totalmente necesario que se le active su cuenta en Atlas, por otra parte pg debiese de restituirle los premios porque por nun error del sistema del juego fue borrado su cuenta.
