Support not working

I am having an Atlas-related glitch that is resulting in my Atlas rider not getting xp from runs. Normally I would contact support about this, and I have twice, but when I go to read the response the game seems incapable of loading the ticket.

You can try to switch to mobile traffic, if connected through Wi-Fi, or vice versa. Or try VPN. There is something strange with this game regarding network connections.
