Has anyone been to the War Dragons store?
I asked PG where I could buy WD merch as a gift for someone, and I was directed to this site. I was very surprised I’d never heard of it, seeing as I’ve been playing since 2015, but was super excited to be able to purchase some WD posters or phone cases. Unfortunately, I no longer have an iPhone 6. 
Not only is the site ridiculously outdated, but the support staff seems to have quit when they stopped updating the merch. I ordered a poster, received a confirmation email, then nothing…. 
After a couple of weeks with no update I tried to track my order. This is what I found.
I’ve tried emailing the website three times and have had zero replies. I’ve messaged PG about it, but they tell me that I should continue waiting for a reply. Am I the only one to experience this? It looks like I paid for a poster that doesn’t exist, and no one wants to give me my money back. Is this why they created the new relics and ascendant gear? Are they so desperate for money that they have to steal my $18?
